Greek desserts and pastries.


Spanakopita
A flaky triangle Filo  pastry filled with  spinach, zesty feta cheese and tantalizing spices. Are a welcome sight in any buffet and butler-pass hors d'oeuvre function. 


Baklava
Whole pistachios, nuts, and cashews, all mixed, wrapped with mille feuille dough, brushed with butter, in a heavenly dessert and drizzled with honey.  These pastries are an excellent hors-d’oeuvres for weddings, parties and other occasions.


Tyropita
The tyropita is basically made with feta cheese and fillo pastry. Served with other appetizers for a 'meze' plate, or as an addition to a salad


Kourambiethes
An oval aromatic shortbread cookie covered with confectioner's sugar.


Melomakarona
A delicious walnut-orange cookie that is baked then dipped in a honey-orange syrup.


Kataifi 

Chopped walnuts and spices rolled in Kontos Kataifi Dough, baked, and then soaked with honey syrup.
