Assistant Manager-Retail Bakery: Main responsibilities will be to assist the Retail Bakery Manager in supervising up to 25 Sales Associate to ensure customer excellence. As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for providing outstanding leadership to your team by being a role model and fostering a positive environment.
-Professional in appearance and demeanor.
-Previous experience conducting training and well versed in a variety of positions (cashier, retail sales associates, baristas, bussers). Knowledge of overall typical retail operations. (inventory, product ordering, food safety, cost reductions, etc)
